how to prepare Lemon tart only the easy steps

ingredients:

     A pastry
     6 eggs
     150g caster sugar
     1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
     Zest of one lemon
     juice of 2 lemons
     1 teaspoon soft butter
     decoration:
     3 egg whites
     1 pinch of salt
     80g icing sugar


Preparation :



  1. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar. Add lemon zest, lemon juice and butter. Continue to beat until creamy substance. 
  2. Meanwhile, spread the pastry into your mold. 
  3. Spread the mixture over the pastry and bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (gas mark 6). 
  4. Up eggs with an electric mixer meringue incorporating salt, icing sugar and vanilla sugar. Spread the meringue over the pie with a pastry bag or a spatula (make drawings with a fork) and put in the oven for a second time, 3 minutes under the grill. Be careful to watch for: browning is very fast! 
  5. Remove from oven and let cool. Refrigerate one hour before serving.

Finally ... You can add the icing sugar on the meringue before serving if it is too dark.

     Total time: 30 minutes
