how to cook Chicken with Lime
ingredients:
4 chicken cutlets
2 limes
1 clove of garlic
5 cl of olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix together: chopped garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lime juice and zest of one of the two.
- Pour the marinade into a freezer bag and add the chicken breasts into strips detailed.
- Close the bag and shake to coat chicken with marinade.
- Marinate for 2 hours at room temperature (fairly regularly shake the bag) or overnight in the refrigerator.
