Chicken with Lime

how to cook Chicken with Lime

ingredients:

     4 chicken cutlets
     2 limes
     1 clove of garlic
     5 cl of olive oil
     1 teaspoon dried rosemary


Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix together: chopped garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lime juice and zest of one of the two.
  2. Pour the marinade into a freezer bag and add the chicken breasts into strips detailed. 
  3. Close the bag and shake to coat chicken with marinade. 
  4. Marinate for 2 hours at room temperature (fairly regularly shake the bag) or overnight in the refrigerator. 
  5. Drain the chicken, lay the strips in a baking dish and bake at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) for 20 to 25 minutes (with the marinade), turning 2 or 3 times. 
  6. Ajoutez a little salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve hot.

Finally ... Personally, I accompanied this dish meal nature, and sautéed red and green peppers, chopped and sauted in olive oil in a wok.

     Cooking time: 25 minutes
     Rest: 120 min
     Total Time: 155 min
