Chicken noodle: chinees way



Ingredients:



  • 1 medium chicken cut into several pieces. 
  • 2 chopped onions. 
  • 30 grams of butter. 
  • 1/2 packet of saffron. 
  • 500 grams of noodles. 
  • 1 ½ liter of water. 
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste. 
  • 1 medium tomato. 
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley. 
  • salt and pepper.


Preparation:



  1. In a large pot, cook in half a liter of water from 25 to 30 min, chicken, onion, butter and saffron. salt and pepper. 
  2. Few minutes before the end of cooking, add the peeled tomato, seeded and diced and chopped parsley bouquet. 
  3. Not reduce the sauce too, which will be used to water the pasta. 
  4. Also bake in a 1 liter of salt water, pasta with tomato paste for 10 minutes. 
  5. Pour the pasta in a serving dish, cover with chicken pieces and sprinkle with any sauce.



For: 4 people.
Preparation time: 15 min.
Cooking time: 40 min.
