Ingredients:
- 4 cockerels emptied and washed.
- 1 bunch chopped chives.
- 1 tablespoon mustard.
- 2 tablespoon olive oil.
- salt and pepper.
Preparation:
- Cut in half lengthwise cockerels.
- Mix chives, mustard and olive oil. Salt and pepper. Then coat the cockerels and marinate.
- Cook on a wood fire not burning embers, the two sides until golden brown.
- Cockerels serve grilled accompanied by small potatoes boiled in salt water.
