Grilled cockerels



Ingredients:



 


  • 4 cockerels emptied and washed. 
  • 1 bunch chopped chives. 
  • 1 tablespoon mustard. 
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil. 
  • salt and pepper.





Preparation: 




  1. Cut in half lengthwise cockerels. 
  2. Mix chives, mustard and olive oil. Salt and pepper. Then coat the cockerels and marinate. 
  3. Cook on a wood fire not burning embers, the two sides until golden brown. 
  4. Cockerels serve grilled accompanied by small potatoes boiled in salt water.



For: 6 people.
Preparation time: 10 min.
Waiting time: 2 hours
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
