- 250 grams of beef cut into small pieces.

- 1 cup of the rice.
- 4 tomatoes passed through a food mill.
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- 1 bunch parsley, coriander finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped fine.
- 50 grams white flour. Salt and pepper.
préparation:
- In a pot, stir and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes, meat, bone marrow, onions, chickpeas, saffron and water. Salt and Pepper.
- After this time, add the lentils, rice, tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, celery and coriander.
- Cook for 20 minutes, then add the flour diluted in a glass of water while stirring continuously (do not lumps).
- Stir with a spatula occasionally for 5 to 10 minutes and serve hot with dates or honey cakes.
