Shoulder with onions and almonds

In a covered 3/4, mix and cook over medium heat for 1 hour pot:

1 kg 500 pieces of meat, 100 grams of butter, 1 onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 / 2 packet of saffron, 1 1/2 liters of water

After this time, add:

500 grams of small whole onions or large sliced​​, 1 bunch parsley, 200 grams of blanched almonds

15 to 20 minutes will be enough for cooking. Cover the meat with onions and almonds and drizzle with sauce and serve immediately.
