Lamb Kebabs

Ingredients:


     750g mutton
     1 onion, chopped
     1 sprig of chopped parsley
     6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
     2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
     1? Beaten egg
     1 teaspoon ground cumin
     2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
     salt and pepper



Preparing lamb kebabs:


To prepare the recipe for lamb kebabs:

  1. Place meat, onion, parsley and bread crumbs in the processor and process until? That the mixture is finely chopped. 
  2. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, mint and enough egg to bind and obtain a mixture term 
  3. Divide mixture into 12 equal pieces and, with your hands, form sausages around 12 wooden skewers. 
  4. Cook over a medium hot fire for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned.

Serve the lamb skewers with a green salad and a good mint tea.
