Crumble salmon


Too good a real good treat for family meals;)

    ingredients:

  •     500 to 600 grams of salmon fillet (frozen or not ) 
  •  2 onions
  • 25 centiliter of liquid cream ( lite or not ) 
  •   2 tablespoons olive oil 
  •  1 tablespoon chopped dill 
  •  1 teaspoon chopped parsley or chopped thyme
  • 1 small tablespoon of balsamic vinegar 
  •  10 pink peppercorns (spices ray ) (optional)
  • salt and pepper 
  •  For the dough:
  • 4 brand Wasa crackers like " authentic"
  • 40 grams of soft butter




preparation :


  1. In a skillet , saute over high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil soup , detailed onions into small pieces for 3 minutes while they blondissent . Keep aside. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream, herbs, red berries and a tablespoon of olive oil. Salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the salmon into small cubes January-February centimeter side.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 ° C ( gas mark 6 ) . 
  5. Crumble the biscuits with a pestle or a rolling pin and mix with butter. Use fingers to mix and get a sandy mixture.
  6. In a gratin dish or crumble , pour a small tablespoon of balsamic vinegar and well distributed in the background.
  7. Add onions by spreading , then the salmon with the uniformly well.
  8. Pour dill cream and spread the crumble on top.
  9. Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 ° C for a fan oven .

    Preparation time: 10 minutes
    Cooking time: 25 minutes

    Total time: 35 minutes
