- 1 small tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 10 pink peppercorns (spices ray ) (optional)
- salt and pepper
- For the dough:
- 4 brand Wasa crackers like " authentic"
- 40 grams of soft butter
preparation :
- In a skillet , saute over high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil soup , detailed onions into small pieces for 3 minutes while they blondissent . Keep aside.

- Cut the salmon into small cubes January-February centimeter side.
