avocado salad with shrimp



Ingredients:


  • 3 avocados 
  • 500 grams of boiled in salt water shrimp. 
  • Spoon 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 
  • Juice of 1 lemon. 
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley. 
  • salt. pepper.




Preparation:




  1. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise and crosswise, the pit and gently flush with a spoon so as not to pierce the skin. 
  2. Crush with a fork and then obtained the chair to mix the ingredients. 
  3. Filling the recessed avocados halves of this mixture. Chill 1 hour before serving. 
  4. Garnish with a mint leaf or two.
 

For: 6 people
Preparation time: 15 min.
Cooking time: 1 hour.
