Ingredients:
- 2 kg of squid into rings.
- 2 glasses of water.
- 50 grams of butter.
- 3tomates peeled, seeded and chopped.
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic.
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
- 1 bunch chopped parsley.
Preparation:
- In a pan boil water, butter, tomatoes and garlic. Salt.
- Then add the squid and spices.
- Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, before adding the parsley.
- Reduce the sauce and serve hot with a green salad.
