squid sauce



Ingredients:



  • 2 kg of squid into rings. 
  • 2 glasses of water. 
  • 50 grams of butter. 
  • 3tomates peeled, seeded and chopped. 
  • 3 cloves of crushed garlic. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin. 
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley.






Preparation:




  1. In a pan boil water, butter, tomatoes and garlic. Salt. 
  2. Then add the squid and spices. 
  3. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, before adding the parsley. 
  4. Reduce the sauce and serve hot with a green salad.  



For: 4 people.
Preparation time: 15 min.
Cooking time: 30 minutes.
