Banana Almond Cake


ingredients:

     3 ripe bananas
     50 g almond (preferably whole, failing powder)
     220 g flour
     Sugar 100 g
     100 g salted butter at room temperature
     2 eggs
     1/2 teaspoon baking powder
     1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)


  

preparation:


  1. Preheat oven to 180 ° C. 
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and yeast.
  3. Mix butter and sugar and add the eggs one by one. Then add the flour and yeast mixture. 
  4. Mash the bananas with a fork, chop the almonds, then add them to the dough with vanilla. 
  5. Grease and flour a loaf pan slightly, pour the batter and bake about 50 minutes at 180 ° C. 
  6. The cake is cooked when you plant a knife in the middle and it appears dry. 
  7. Finally ... You can use walnuts or hazelnuts too. I like to keep some coarsely chop crunchy inside the cake pieces.

     Cooking time: 45 minutes

     Total time: 55 minutes
