For the chocolate sauce:
1 vanilla pod
25 cl of liquid cream
1 tablespoon honey
100 g dark chocolate pastry
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
- Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Peel the bananas and mash with a fork on a plate.
- In another bowl, mix the soft or melted butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and then add the bananas, eggs and milk. Continue mixing until the mixture is frothy.
- The stir into the flour and baking powder and add chocolate chips or chopped 50g dark chocolate pastry.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 45 minutes of cooking until the tip of a knife pressed to heart comes out clean
- For the chocolate sauce:
Pour the cream, bring to a simmer then remove from heat, add the honey, stir, cover and let steep 30 minutes.
Put the sauce in a bowl, break the chocolate into squares, put them in and then put in the microwave a few minutes and stir until chocolate is melted and incorporated.
Finally ... Serve the cake accompanied by warm or hot sauce.
