Ingredients:
- 1 medium chicken cut into pieces.
- 2 chopped onions.
- 30 grams of butter.
- 1/2 packet of saffron.
- 500 grams of noodles.
- 1 ½ liter of water.
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.
- 1 medium tomato.
- 1 bunch chopped parsley.
- salt and pepper.
Preparation:
- In a large pot, cook in half a liter of water from 25 to 30 min, onion, butter and saffron. Salt and pepper.
- Few minutes before the end of cooking, add the peeled tomato, seeded and diced and chopped parsley bouquet.
- Not reduce the sauce too, which will be used to water the pasta.
- Also cooked in 1 liter of salted water, pasta with tomato paste for 10 minutes.
- Pour the pasta in a serving dish and cover with chicken pieces and sprinkle with any sauce.
