ingredients :
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 4 carrots
- 350 g chickpeas
- 1 large onion
- 3 cups tomato puree
- 1/2 cube couscous
- soy sauce
- 2 cups semolina
- 2 glasses of water
- 40 g butter
- 4 pinches of salt
preparation :
- Cut the carrots into slices and expand onion into small pieces.
- Cook carrots with onion, half cube for couscous, tomato paste and about 1 glass of water. Add a dash of soy sauce. Stir and cover.
- Cut into peppers, zucchini and add once the tender carrots. Also add the chickpeas.
- Let simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking to the preparation bottom.
- Ten minutes before sitting down to eat, make the couscous. Put the butter, salt in a tupperware lid, pour two cups of boiling water over it. Mix in the butter melts then add the semolina. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous mixture and cover rapidly for 5 minutes.
- After these 5 minutes grainer meal with a fork and let the breath 1-2 minutes, then cover until to eat.
