ingredients:
- 1 kg of cooked shrimp
- 1 head of garlic
- 120g salted butter
- 2 soup spoons of olive oil
- 10 sprigs of parsley (preferably flat)
- 3 crackers
- 3 drops of Tabasco sauce (optional)
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Remove the head and shrimp shell (just keep the tail). Also remove the intestines (the black filament lies along the back). Wipe shrimp with paper towels.
- Peel and remove the central bud. Place the garlic press.
- Cut the parsley finely. Crush the biscuits in a mortar.
- 10 minutes before serving heat the oil and 60 grams of butter in a skillet (high heat).
- When it is hot, throw in the shrimp and stir with a wooden spatula.
- When shrimp begin to brown, add all the other ingredients prepared beforehand.
- Season well with salt and pepper.
- Cook 2 minutes while stirring with a spatula. When the crumbs are golden and melted butter, it's time to serve.
