Garlic Shrimp

ingredients:

  •    1 kg of cooked shrimp 
  •   1 head of garlic 
  •   120g salted butter 
  •   2 soup spoons of olive oil 
  •   10 sprigs of parsley (preferably flat) 
  •   3 crackers 
  •   3 drops of Tabasco sauce (optional) 
  •    salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Remove the head and shrimp shell (just keep the tail). Also remove the intestines (the black filament lies along the back). Wipe shrimp with paper towels. 
  2. Peel and remove the central bud. Place the garlic press. 
  3. Cut the parsley finely. Crush the biscuits in a mortar. 
  4. 10 minutes before serving heat the oil and 60 grams of butter in a skillet (high heat). 
  5. When it is hot, throw in the shrimp and stir with a wooden spatula. 
  6. When shrimp begin to brown, add all the other ingredients prepared beforehand. 
  7. Season well with salt and pepper. 
  8. Cook 2 minutes while stirring with a spatula. When the crumbs are golden and melted butter, it's time to serve.


     For 4 people:
     Preparation time: 25 minutes
     Cooking time: 6 minutes
     Waiting: 0 min
     Total time: 31 minutes
