Couscous with Zucchini and milk

At the bottom of the couscous, stir and cook on medium heat for 45 to 50 minutes:

1 kg 500 pieces of meat, 200 grams of chickpeas, soaked overnight, 100 grams of butter, 4 onions chopped, 1 packet of saffron, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 liters of water .


Start simultaneously cooking couscous.

After this time, add:

1 kg of small whole green zucchini, 250 g raisins with seeds

Still leave the heat for 15 to 20 minutes. When you have finished the presentation couscous to serve, sprinkle with table everything (meat, vegetables and seeds), with a liter of hot boiled milk.
