Lentil soup



Ingredients:


  • 500 grams of lentils soaked the night before. 
  • 2 chopped onions. 
  • 1 ½ liter of water. 
  • 1 cup of rice.. 
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped.
  • 1 soup spoon of olive oil.
  • 3 tablespoons of cream soup. 
  • salt and pepper



Preparation:



  1. In a pot of water, cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat, lentils, rice and onions. salt and pepper. 
  2. After this time, let stand 5 minutes before moving all in the blender or mixer to obtain a slurry (not too thin). 
  3. In the bottom of a soup bowl, place the garlic, the olive oil and cream. 
  4. Then pour over the cream lenses. 
  5. Stir well and serve hot.
 

For: 6 people.
Preparation time: 5 min.
Cooking time: 35 minutes.
