Ingredients
- 1 kg of hake, skinned and boned, into small pieces.

- 3 chopped onions.
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced.
- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced.
- 1 bunch chopped parsley.
- 10 grams of butter.
- 2 liter of water.
- salt and pepper.
Preparation:
- In a pot, put the butter, vegetables and parsley. salt and pepper.
- Add water, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. after this time add the hake and shrimp.
- 10 min sufficient for fish flakes and shrimp remain.
- Serve with toasted croûtons and rubbed with garlic and a sauce to rust.
