Fisherman's Soup



Ingredients


  • 1 kg of hake, skinned and boned, into small pieces. 
  • 500 grams of shrimp. 
  • 3 chopped onions. 
  • 3 carrots, peeled and diced. 
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and diced. 
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley. 
  • 10 grams of butter.
  • 2 liter of water. 
  • salt and pepper. 

Preparation: 

  1. In a pot, put the butter, vegetables and parsley. salt and pepper. 
  2. Add water, cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. after this time add the hake and shrimp. 
  3. 10 min sufficient for fish flakes and shrimp remain. 
  4. Serve with toasted croûtons and rubbed with garlic and a sauce to rust.
For: 6 people.
Preparation time: 10 min.
Cooking time: 20 minutes.
