Ingredients:
- 250 g of long grain rice
- 100 g fresh peas shelled
- 1 carrot
- 50 g butte
- 250g peeled prawns
- 1 dose of saffron
- 1 cube of fish
- salt, white pepper
Preparation of rice with shrimp and vegetables
- To prepare the rice recipe with shrimp and vegetables
- Start by washing the rice and drain.
- Wash the carrots and cut into small dice. In a pan, melt the butter, add the rice, shrimp, carrots and peas and fry with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes.
- Dilute in a 1L water fish broth, mix with saffron, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the rice and cook for 25 to 30 minutes to half cover.
- Pour mixture into a serving dish with soy sauce.
