rice with shrimp and vegetables

Ingredients:

  •   250 g of long grain rice 
  •  100 g fresh peas shelled 
  •  1 carrot 
  •  50 g butte
  •  250g peeled prawns 
  •  1 dose of saffron 
  •  1 cube of fish 
  •   salt, white pepper

Preparation of rice with shrimp and vegetables


  1. To prepare the rice recipe with shrimp and vegetables 
  2. Start by washing the rice and drain. 
  3. Wash the carrots and cut into small dice. In a pan, melt the butter, add the rice, shrimp, carrots and peas and fry with a wooden spoon for 10 minutes. 
  4. Dilute in a 1L water fish broth, mix with saffron, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the rice and cook for 25 to 30 minutes to half cover. 
  5. Pour mixture into a serving dish with soy sauce.
