salad olives turning in sauce


Through the mill or blender:

1 large bunch of cilantro
15 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon salt

then mixing them with:

2 glasses of lemon juice
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon chili

In this preparation, add 2 kg of olives harvested from the jar.
Mix and let stand a few hours before eating.
