Hake fish balls
1 Fish Colin 2 kg
Skip or blender or meat grinder hake rid of skin and all its edges before adding:
2 beaten eggs,
1/2 packet of saffron
1/2 teaspoon salt pepper, to taste
mix everything well, make balls the size of walnuts and set aside.
In a saucepan, stir and bring to a boil:
1 cup oil
4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cut,
2 chopped onions,
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon paprika,
1/2 teaspoon pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cumin, sell to taste,
2 glasses of water
Place the balls in the simmering fish and bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour into a dish and serve immediately with a green salad to share unseasoned. Each dip in its taste, the leaves in the sauce. The contrast between the cool of the greenery and the burning taste of the pellets is very nice.
