Salad with fried zucchini


Remove stems and wash without peeling:

500 g courgettes

Cut into slices 1/2 inch thick and fry in a pan with hot oil. Drain and arrange in a serving dish and sprinkle with:

1/4 glass of lemon juice salt and pepper 1/2 teaspoon each

Sprinkle before serving, a chopped garlic and parsley.

  A hot or cold food.
