Small iced cookies

In a deep bowl, mix well:

3 eggs, well beaten 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar, 2 packets of Alsatian yeast 1 lemon zest.

Then add:

1 kg of flour





While kneading to obtain a not too soft.




On an oiled, spread the dough 1 cm thick and cut circles there (or you play as) flat surface, cook on a floured sheet in the oven (therm. 6-7) for 15 20 minutes.

Prepare the glaze by stirring slowly:

1 glass of water, 200 g of icing sugar

Roll on each cookie browned a little icing.
  Allow to cool before storing.
