- 2 kg of white flour.
- 1 kg of melted butter.
- 500 grams of sesame seeds toasted and crushed.
- 400 grams blanched almonds, coarsely chopped and fried.

500 grams of sugar.
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
- 1/2 glass of anise seeds, toasted and crushed.
Preparation:
- Brown in the oven (7-8 minutes) the flour, stirring occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Then stir in flour remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and leave to cool before compacting the mixture into a nice serving dish (shape it as you wish).
- Decorate according to his taste or with blanched almonds fried or with sugared almonds or small candies with different color.
