Ingrédients
- 12 sheets pastilla.
- 500 grams of rice.
- 1/2 liter of water.
- 200 grams of blanched fries and finely chopped almonds.
- 75 grams of sugar.
- 1 egg yolk.
- 1 packet of sugar vanullé.
- 1/2 liter of milk.
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, boil water, milk, vanilla sugar, and add the rice.
- Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until completely absorbed juice.
- Incorporate almonds. Pour into a dish and let cool.
- On a flat surface make a pastilla sheet folded in half, rounded side toward you, and then remove all of the rounded leaf rice mixture and almonds.
- Roll up tightly to the end of the sheet to get a big cigar and paste with egg yolk.
- And again on each pastilla sheets, then cut with scissors pieces measuring between 4 to 5 cm long, and through before frying in hot oil.
- Present refined laminated and browned along with sugar and cinnamon.
Preparation time: 20 min.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
