Soup diet

ingredients:

  •   1/2 green cabbage 
  •  3 leeks 
  •  1 stalk celery 
  •  2 carrots 
  •  6 tomatoes 
  •  3 onions 
  •  3 peppers 
  •  1 turnip 
  •  3 cloves of garlic 
  • 1 potato (for binding) 
  •  salt
  •  pepper

Preparation:

  1. Prepare all ingredients and cut into pieces. 
  2. In a pot or large pot, combine all ingredients, cover with water and pepper and cook for about 1 hour 30 minutes, covered. 
  3. After 30 minutes, remove from heat and strain the soup in a blender for about 2 minutes, then add a little salt (not too much). 
  4. Finally ... Is eaten hot or cold when you have the munchies.

     For 6 people:
     Preparation time: 15 minutes
     Cooking time: 30 minutes
     Waiting: 0 min
     Total time: 45 minutes
