ingredients:
- 1 clove of garlic
- 25 g of celery stalk
- 400g canned tomato flesh
- 180 g of canned tuna
- 3 basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 8 black olives
- 200 g of dough ( spaghetti )
- Olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Parmesan (optional)
Preparation:
Heat oil and garlic in a pan.
When the garlic begins to embalm, sauté the finely chopped celery over low heat.
Heat a pot of salted water for cooking pasta.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Simmer 10-15 minutes smoothing the sauce with a wooden spoon.
2Faire cook your pasta according to directions on the packet.
Stir in the tuna crumbling. Pour 3 tablespoons of hot water.
Bring to a boil, then add the basil, parsley and olives.
3Allonger sauce with a little water if too thick.
Pour the sauce over the pasta, toss and serve immediately with a drizzle of olive oil.
A tower mill if you want.
