ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 200 g flour
- baking powder
- 2 eggs (I've put 3)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 cl sunflower oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Grate (grid with large holes) zucchini without peeling. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the flour, olive oil. Salt and pepper. Add the zucchini and mix.
- Heat the sunflower oil over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet. Slide dough zucchini in hot oil, tablespoon by tablespoon, spacing them enough.
- Let nicely browned donuts few minutes on each side, turning often, then drain on paper towels. Enjoy them immediately, they do not warm up.
