Chicken drumsticks with ketchup and cayenne

  ingredients:

  •  5 4 chicken drumsticks or chicken thighs 
  •  250 ml tomato ketchup 
  •  1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 
  •   2 tablespoons honey 
  •  3 tablespoons Worcestershire   sauce 
  •   1 teaspoon paprika 
  •   Fresh or dried parsley 
  •   pepper 
  •   salt


preparation:


Salt and pepper the chicken. Place the drumsticks in a bowl.
Pour ketchup, cayenne, honey, Worcestershire sauce and paprika.
Mix all, it takes the drumsticks are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Preheat oven to 200 ° c.
Place in a baking dish, drumsticks and pour the marinade over.

Bake for 30 minutes first and after that time back drumsticks. Even cook for 10 minutes.
For barbecuing, 20 minutes will do.
Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
