The Blondie cherry and dark chocolate

easy steps to cook The Blondie cherry and dark chocolate recipe & to eat it :)

    ingredients:

  •  100g unsalted butter 
  •  100 g brown sugar 
  •  1 pinch of salt 
  •  1 tablespoon vanilla extract 
  •  1 large egg 
  •  110 g flour
  •  100 g dark chocolate chips 
  •  300 g fresh or frozen cherries (not thawed)


preparation :


Preheat oven to 180 ° c.
Line a flat, preferably square of parchment paper.
In a bowl, melt butter in microwave.
Once melted, add the sugar and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add egg, salt and sifted flour.
Mix just enough to incorporate the flour, but no more.
Finally, add the fruit and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the pan with a spatula and bake for about 35 minutes.

The cake is done when the edges are golden and they come off the mold.

Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
