best Gratin ham cheese ever.

ingredients:

  •  230 g lean white cheese 
  •  2 beaten eggs 
  •  50 g diced ham 
  •  1/2 teaspoon mustard 
  •  10 g butter 
  •  salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Mix in a bowl the cream cheese, egg omelet, salt and pepper. Beat well until smooth. then add the diced ham and mustard. 
  2. Butter the baking dish. 
  3. Heat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6). Pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. 
  4. Spread the cream on a piece of ham or sliced ​​mushroom for decoration 5 minutes before end of cooking.
