Fondant cake with apricots

ingredients:
  •  6-7 apricots 
  •  3 eggs
  • 140 grams flour
  • 125 grams soft butter 
  •   5 tablespoons ground almonds 
  •  1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
  •  130 grams caster sugar 
  •  1 pinch of salt

Preparation:
 
Preheat oven to 210 ° C.

  1. Mix the flour sifted with the baking powder , ground almonds and salt
  2.  In another bowl , beat the butter and sugar until you get a smooth consistency.
  3. Add the eggs one by one .
  4. Mix the cream with the dry mixture.
  5. Pour batter into cake pan lined with parchment paper.
  6. Some have washed apricots pitted and cut into pieces .
  7. Pour half of the batter , add a second layer of chopped apricots and pour the rest of the dough.
  8. Bake 15 minutes at 210 ° C and continue baking at 180 ° C.
Help yourself wooden skewer to check for doneness , when the peak is dry it is ready.Let cool before unmolding.
