Fresh shrimp glasses avocado

Excellent ! Very good ! Light fresh and very easy to do .. everyone had a great time thank you

 ingredients :

  •  4 avocado      
  •  few drops of lemon juice 
  •  150 grams of shredded surimi crab taste 
  •  12 beautiful prawns 
  •  2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  •  100 grams of cream  
  •  salt and pepper 
  •  few sprigs of chives 
  •  4 pretty transparent glasses

Preparation:

  1. Peel avocados and cut into cubes roughly. Finely crush with a fork or better, go to the mixer ( the one we use for soup ) . Add a few drops of lemon juice so they do not turn black. Salt and pepper. Book . 
  2. Separately, mix the mayonnaise with shredded surimi . 
  3. In a bowl , mix sour cream with chives . Salt and pepper. 
  4. Shell shrimp, being careful not to damage them . In book four , the most beautiful , and the other eight cut in half lengthwise to make two equal halves . 
  5. In each glass , divide the bottom surimi with mayonnaise . Stick on walls 4 half shrimp ( rounded side out) .
  6. Spread the mashed avocado in 4 glasses , slightly compress everything and finish with cream and chives .
  7. Finally , place on each glass a whole shrimp .
Refrigerate glasses until sitting down to eat at least 30 minutes. You can put in the freezer if you're in a hurry .
