Preparation:
- Wash zucchini, remove ends, grate without peeling. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the basil and crumble the feta.
- In a bowl, combine zucchini, onion, basil, feta cheese, bread crumbs and eggs, salt and pepper.
- Once the mixture is smooth, shape into 12 balls, flatten slightly. Preheat oven to 220 ° C.
- Place on a baking sheet lightly buttered parchment paper. Put in bites. The cook 7 to 8 minutes on each side, turning half of cooking.
Serve hot with a salad of tomatoes, green salad or cucumber.
