how to cook a Swordfish Skewers

ingredients:

  •    1 kg of swordfish 
  •   Garnish 1 bunch finely chopped (parsley, coriander) 
  •   4 cloves garlic, crashed 
  •   1 tsp. with cumin 
  •   1 tsp. coffee pepper 
  •   1 tsp. coffee paprika 
  •   2 tsp. tablespoons olive oil 
  •   juice of one lemon 
  •   salt

Preparation of swordfish skewers:


To prepare the recipe swordfish skewers:

  1. Cut into cubes white fish. Prepare your marinade with garlic, parsley, coriander, cumin, pepper, paprika, olive oil, lemon and salt. Marinate the fish in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. 
  2. Put the diced fish skewers. Cook on grill Serve hot.
