nice delicious Red fruit Charlotte

    ingredients:

  •  300 grams of biscuits roses of Rheims
  • 15 centiliters grape juice 
  •  600 grams of cheese 
  • 320 grams of mascarpone 
  • 160 grams of icing sugar
  • 700 grams of fresh berries ( strawberries, raspberries, blackberries  ) (350 gr red fruit sliced ​​for garnish and 350 g of whole fruit on top of the cake )
  • Icing sugar , mint leaves for decoration

Preparation:


  1. Place a circle of parchment paper on the bottom of your pan to loosen cake easier . Dip biscuits quickly in the grape juice and crouch in a pan. Start with the edges and line the bottom of the mold. 
  2. In a bowl, stir with a whisk, the mascarpone, cream cheese and sugar. Pour half of this mixture over the biscuits.
  3. Divide 350 grams of fruit sliced ​​on white mixture and mascarpone cheese.
  4. Add another layer of soaked biscuits and finish with the other half of the cheese preparation .
  5. Smooth the surface and cover with a plate.
  6. And let stand in refrigerator overnight.
  7. The next day, unmold the cake , do it gently on your platter. 
  8. Divide harmoniously whole fruits on the surface of the cake. Garnish with mint leaves and sprinkle with a little icing sugar .

Serve .
Finally ... Do not soak too your biscuits in the end they are not too soft. They will indeed also absorb moisture from the cream cheese and mascarpone white overnight.
