ingredients:

- strawberry jam

Preparation:
For the sponge , beat 4 egg yolks and 120 grams sugar until the mixture whitens. Beat 4 egg whites . Mix 120 g of flour and a pinch of salt to the egg mixture . Gently fold the egg whites . Preheat oven to 180 ° C, gas mark 6 . On a baking sheet , spread a sheet of buttered parchment paper. Spread the cake on the plate. Bake 12 minutes. Cool on a damp cloth (with parchment paper ) . Spread a layer of strawberry jam .
Gently roll the cake . Wrap in foil and refrigerate . Trim the ends . Decorate with jam and white chocolate vermicelli .
