Cakes angel hair


Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of fine pasta. (Angel hair) 
  • 100 grams of butter. 
  • 200g blanched almonds, chopped and fried. 
  • 200 grams of chopped hazelnuts or peanuts. 
  • 200 grams of chopped pine nuts. 
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • 2 glasses of water. 
  •  100 grams of sugar.

Preparation:




  1. Brown in a skillet over low heat, the pasta in butter. 
  2. In a dish, mix almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts and sugar. 
  3. Then into a buttered cake pan, layer a layer of dough, a layer of cream with almonds and repeat. Finally a layer of pulp. 
  4. Prepare the syrup with the sugar and water mixture to obtain a honey color. Pour over your cake. cool overnight before cutting pieces according to your fantasy.  



Preparation time: 30 min.
Waiting time: 1 night
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
