Ingredients:
- 2 dozen sheets pastilla.
- 250 grams of peeled and fried almonds.
for the custard:
- 4 egg yolks.
- 2 tablespoons flour.
- 4 tablespoons sugar.
- 1/2 liter of warm milk.
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, prepare the custard by mixing the egg yolks, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Then pour over, turning with a spatula, milk.
- Thicken over low heat, stirring constantly so as to obtain a smooth cream and set aside.
- Quick browning in hot oil leaves pastilla pairs (glued together).
- In a serving dish, place a double sheet of pastilla, spread over a large spoon custard, sprinkle with coarsely chopped almonds and continue to get them all done.
- Garnish with a drizzle of caramel made from sugar and water.
Preparation time: 10 min.
