Ingredients:
- Wings and necks of two chickens.
- 1 grated onion.
- 2 liters of water.
- 4 carrots.
- 3 turnips.
- 2 potatoes.
- 1 cup of the rice.
- 3 courgettes.
- 1 tomato.
- 10 grams of butter.
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste.
- 1/2 cup of noodles.
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation:

- In a pot, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes: water, wings and necks, onion and butter.
- After this time, add the vegetables peeled, washed and cut into small cubes.
- After 10 minutes of cooking, add the tomato paste and noodles.
- Put out the fire after 5 minutes and serve hot with dates and nuts.
- Can be replaced by the offal of chicken breast cut into pieces.
