Vegetable soup with chicken


Ingredients:

  • Wings and necks of two chickens. 
  • 1 grated onion. 
  • 2 liters of water. 
  • 4 carrots. 
  • 3 turnips. 
  • 2 potatoes.
  • 1 cup of the rice. 
  • 3 courgettes. 
  • 1 tomato. 
  • 10 grams of butter. 
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste. 
  • 1/2 cup of noodles. 
  • Salt and pepper.
  •  

 Preparation:


    1. In a pot, cook over medium heat for 20 minutes: water, wings and necks, onion and butter. 
    2. After this time, add the vegetables peeled, washed and cut into small cubes. 
    3. After 10 minutes of cooking, add the tomato paste and noodles. 
    4. Put out the fire after 5 minutes and serve hot with dates and nuts. 
    5. Can be replaced by the offal of chicken breast cut into pieces. 
     

  • For: 6 people.
    Preparation time: 20 min.
    Cooking time: 35 minutes.
