Fish balls



Ingredients:



  • 2 kg of hake skinless boneless, mixed one time. 
  • 2 beaten eggs. 
  • 1/2 packet of saffron. 
  • 100 grams of bread crumbs. 
  • Salt and pepper.



Preparation: 




  1. Mix fish, egg and saffron. Salt and pepper, then into balls the size of a small walnut. refrigerate. 
  2. Before serving, coat with breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil. 
  3. Serve fish balls accompanied by a green salad.



For: 6 people.
Preparation time: 20 min.
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
