Ingredients:
- 1 large bunch of spinach.
- 500 grams of ground beef.
- 1 onion.
- 1 bunch chopped parsley.
- 1 beaten egg.
- 50 grams of grated cheese.
- 50 grams of bread soaked in milk.
- 100 grams of bread crumbs.
- salt and pepper.
Preparation:
- Cook in salted water spinach. Then chop so as to obtain a consistent paste.& Chop the meat with onion and parsley. Salt and pepper.
- Incorporate the egg, grated cheese and bread crumbs well wrung.
- Into balls the size of a walnut, you coat entirely spinach puree. The then roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.
