Spinach dumplings



Ingredients:



  • 1 large bunch of spinach. 
  • 500 grams of ground beef. 
  • 1 onion. 
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley. 
  • 1 beaten egg. 
  • 50 grams of grated cheese. 
  • 50 grams of bread soaked in milk. 
  • 100 grams of bread crumbs. 
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation: 




  1. Cook in salted water spinach. Then chop so as to obtain a consistent paste.& Chop the meat with onion and parsley. Salt and pepper. 
  2. Incorporate the egg, grated cheese and bread crumbs well wrung. 
  3. Into balls the size of a walnut, you coat entirely spinach puree. The then roll in bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.




For: 4 people.
Preparation time: 20 min.
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
