Semolina honey cake



Ingredients:


  • 1 kg of fine semolina lightly toasted. 
  • 250 grams of sugar. 
  • 6 beaten eggs. 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

syrup ingredients:

  • 2 soup spoons of sugar. 
  • 2 tablespoons water soup. 
  • 100 grams of honey.



Preparation:



  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.  
  2. Knead and let stand 10 to 15 minutes, then form cigars, 5-6 cm, and 2 to 3 cm wide. 
  3. Fry in hot oil. Set aside on paper towels. 
  4. In addition, prepare the syrup. 
  5. And dip your browned cakes 10 min. 
  6. let cool before serving.

Preparation time: 20 min.
Waiting time: 15 min.
                                                                Cooking time: 20 minutes
