ingredients:
- approximately 300 g of fillet mignon
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons oil soup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 10 cl soya cream
- salt and pepper
- cilantro or parsley
Preparation:
- Cut the tenderloin into pieces.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or heavy crock. chopped onion for 2 minutes. Add zucchini and carrots cut into thin matchsticks. Add salt and pepper and pour 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook 4 minutes. Pour into a dish.
- Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Cook meat 5 to 10 minutes over high heat. Little salt and pepper. Remove from wok.
- Pour soy sauce and soy cream in a wok. Boil 1 minute. Mix meat and vegetables in this sauce.
- Serve sprinkled with coriander (or parsley).
