Pork Stir-Fry with Vegetables

ingredients:

  •   approximately 300 g of fillet mignon 
  •  1 zucchini 
  •  2 carrots 
  •  1 onion 
  •  3 tablespoons oil soup 
  •  1 tablespoon soy sauce 
  •   10 cl soya cream 
  •   salt and pepper 
  •   cilantro or parsley




Preparation:


  1. Cut the tenderloin into pieces. 
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or heavy crock. chopped onion for 2 minutes. Add zucchini and carrots cut into thin matchsticks. Add salt and pepper and pour 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and cook 4 minutes. Pour into a dish. 
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok. Cook meat 5 to 10 minutes over high heat. Little salt and pepper. Remove from wok. 
  4. Pour soy sauce and soy cream in a wok. Boil 1 minute. Mix meat and vegetables in this sauce. 
  5. Serve sprinkled with coriander (or parsley).

Finally ... The duration of cooking meat depends on the size of the meat pieces. To me they were very small so good five minutes were enough ...

     For 2 people:
     Preparation time: 10 minutes
     Cooking time: 15 minutes
     Waiting: 0 min
     Total time: 25 minutes
