Gratin of mutton



Ingredients:


  • 750 grams of beef. 
  • 250 grams of mutton made ​​in the soft part of the belly. 
  • 1 red kidney coated her fat. 
  • 1 onion. 
  • 1 bunch of parsley and cilantro. 
  • 4-5 mint leaves. 
  • 100 grams of grated cheese. 
  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices. 
  • 20 grams of butter. 
  • 1 jar of cream. 
  • salt and pepper.


 Preparation:




  1. Your butcher to chop the meat. then mix with spices, herbs and onion. 
  2. In a dry pan, lightly cook over low heat, ground meat material. 
  3. In a well-buttered baking dish, spread a layer of sliced ​​potatoes. Cover with a layer of meat. And proceed to finish with a layer of potatoes. 
  4. Pour over the cream so as to completely cover everything. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in oven (gas mark 5-6) for 30 min. 
  5. Present this well gratin dish with a green salad.
