Gratin of mutton
Ingredients:
- 750 grams of beef.
- 250 grams of mutton made in the soft part
of the belly.
- 1 red kidney

- 1 onion.
- 1 bunch of parsley and cilantro.
- 4-5 mint leaves.
- 100 grams of grated cheese.
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices.
- 20 grams of butter.
- 1 jar of cream.

Preparation:
- Your butcher to chop
the meat. then
mix with spices, herbs and onion.
- In a dry pan, lightly
cook over low heat, ground meat material.
- In a well-buttered baking dish, spread a layer of sliced potatoes. Cover
with a layer of meat. And proceed to finish with
a layer of potatoes.
- Pour over the
cream so as to completely cover
everything. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in oven
(gas mark 5-6) for 30 min.
- Present this well gratin dish with a green salad.
