ingredients:
3 large onions
Olive oil
fresh coriander
Beef balls
3 packages of tomato sauce (puree)
Eastern Spice
8 eggs (1 per person)
preparation:
Saute onions with olive oil.
Stir meatballs: sauté together.
Mix the tomato puree, coriander leaves and spices 4 tablespoons (or 3 if too spicy) with meat.
Cook over low heat.
At the last minute (10 minutes before) to one egg per person throughout the tomato sauce (they will cook on top of the tomato sauce).
Serve with couscous.
