Nuggets


ingredients:

  •  4 fillets of frozen Alaska Colin 
  •  1 onion 
  •  2 cloves of garlic
  •  1 zucchini 
  •  Oregano, Pepper soft ground, ground pepper,
  •  2 eggs 
  •  flour 
  •  breadcrumbs




Preparation:


  1. Dip the frozen quail in a pan of hot water and heat to boiling. 
  2. Stop the heat and let the fillets in hot water. 
  3. In blender, chop:
                  1 onion, diced
                  2 cloves garlic, diced
                  1 zucchini, peeled and diced 

Add and mix boiled quail.
Add a pinch of oregano, ground paprika, ground pepper, sea salt and mix.
Make balls of this preparation.

Roll the balls in flour.
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them.
Dip the balls in the egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Let stand a few minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan or deep fryer.
Once the hot oil, fry the nuggets until browned, turning about 20 minutes.

     For 4 people:
     Preparation time: 15 minutes
     Cooking time: 20 minutes
     Waiting: 0 min
     Total time: 35 minutes
