Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks.
- 150 grams of sugar.
- 3 tablespoons orange flower water.
- 1 liter of milk.
- 200 grams of chopped pistachios.
- 1 tablespoon flour.
Preparation:
- In a saucepan. Stir and cook over low heat until a smooth cream, the egg yolks, flour, milk, sugar and orange flower water.
- Stir constantly to prevent lumps.
- Then pour into ramekins and top with pistachios.
- Can be replaced by blanched pistachios and fried almonds, or peanuts.
Preparation time: 15 min.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
