Pistachio cream



Ingredients:



  • 6 egg yolks. 
  • 150 grams of sugar. 
  • 3 tablespoons orange flower water. 
  • 1 liter of milk. 
  • 200 grams of chopped pistachios. 
  • 1 tablespoon flour.




Preparation:





  1. In a saucepan. Stir and cook over low heat until a smooth cream, the egg yolks, flour, milk, sugar and orange flower water. 
  2. Stir constantly to prevent lumps. 
  3. Then pour into ramekins and top with pistachios. 
  4. Can be replaced by blanched pistachios and fried almonds, or peanuts.



Preparation time: 15 min.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
