Clafoutis leeks and bacon


Great recipe with salad for a light lunch and tasty!



ingredients :  


    For the mold :
    
butter and breadcrumbs
    
 

    For the clafoutis :
    
2 eggs + 2 yolks
    
20 centiliters of liquid cream full
    
25 centiliter milk
    
10 grams of cornstarch
    
200 grams of bacon
    
200 grams of leek
    
pepper , a little salt

Preparation :


  1. Fry the bacon and during this time , clean your leeks and cut them into slices. When the bacon came back , put the sides and Fry the leeks 5 minutes. Book leeks. 
  2. Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Mix in a bowl the eggs and yolks, milk, cream and cornstarch . Salt and pepper. 
  3. Add to your preparation bacon and leeks and stir well. Pour into a greased and lined with breadcrumbs mold. The dish is preferably round about 25 cm in diameter.
  4. Bake in hot oven 35 to 40 minutes max .
