how to prepare a Cream of carrot coconut
ingredients:
- 1 kg of carrots (6 large carrots)
- 1 orange
- 1 can coconut milk (do not use a coconut or shredded coconut).
- salt and pepper
Preparation :
- Grate the carrots (to cook faster) and throw in your favorite pot.
- Squeeze orange and pour the juice into the pot and box of coconut milk.
- Add water until you pass a finger at least the level of carrots (adding boiling water, it still gets a few minutes of cooking). A little salt and pepper and cook over high heat for 1/2 hour.
